Cornerstone Adult Services, Inc.

Cornerstone Adult Services has been serving the frail, elderly and adults with disabilities for over 30 years. In 1973, Cornerstone (then known as Central Adult Daycare) opened the first adult day center in Rhode Island.

Cornerstone Adult Services, Inc. is committed to providing quality care and assistance to frail elderly and adults with disabilities to enable them to live to their optimum level of health, functioning and independence while optimizing each individual's quality of life, and that of their caregivers.

All of their Adult Day Centers provide a planned program of health, social and support services in a protective day setting. Nurses are available to provide skilled nursing services which include medications, dressings, treatments and tube feedings. Activities, exercise, horticulture, and art therapy are also offered throughout the day.
